Order cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed. Cancellation requests can be submitted by emailing support@elliemd.com or calling us at +1 877 3554313.
If your order is successfully canceled prior to fulfillment, you will receive a refund minus a $99 administrative fee.
No refund will be issued for orders that have already been fulfilled and cannot be canceled.
If your prescription is rejected by your doctor, no administrative fee will be charged.
Subscription Renewal
EllieMD subscriptions, including weight management services, renew automatically unless canceled at least 72 hours before the renewal date. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in automatic renewal, and you will be responsible for the payment. Non-Refundable Prescription Products
All pharmaceutical products and prescription medications are non-refundable. Once a prescription is processed by the pharmacy, no refund will be issued, and you are responsible for the full subscription cost. This policy complies with regulations established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Subscription Cancellations During the Cycle
To avoid being billed for the next 12-week subscription cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the current cycle ends.
If you cancel your subscription at any point during the 12-week cycle, you remain responsible for the full payment of the current contract.
